Since 2017 we offer the possibility of experiencing Mingaco – Wine & Cuisine exchanging knowledge and skills through work in natural agriculture, bioconstruction and other areas.
Our Wines
We live in a small oasis within the local family-peasant agriculture, located between hills covered with roller-headed vineyards, where the vine dialogues with the few remaining native trees. Regenerative agriculture has been practiced here since 2010, and since 2017 the work has been carried out according to the agricultural-astronomical calendar to support practices.
